About invohq

invohq started from a simple frustration: every "free invoice generator" we tried either locked the PDF behind an account, added a watermark to it, or quietly uploaded the business and client details we typed in. None of that is necessary to produce an invoice.

So the anonymous generator stays exactly that — everything you type is built into the PDF in your browser and never leaves it unless you choose to save it. Taxes, discounts, and line items are calculated with integer math, not floating-point, so the totals on the document are the totals you agreed to. No signup is required to create or download one.

Saving invoices, reusing clients, and premium templates are paid features for people invoicing often enough to want them — see pricing. Creating and downloading an invoice is, and stays, free.
